Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing service, so helpful over the phone when we got stuck! Even though they didn’t need to come out in person, they talked us through exactly what to do step by step and were really patient and reassuring the whole time. They made a stressful situation feel much more manageable and their advice genuinely helped us sort it out. Really appreciated how calm, knowledgeable, and friendly they were. Would definitely recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Amazing service from the SSM team. Broken down in my work car, with RAC cover. But SSM offered a reliable time of 20 minutes compared to 3 hours. They're for sure a reassuring team, got the car home in 20 minuets with even suggestions of recommended places for repairs for the inflated tire. Would highly recommend these guys! Come with full safety and reliability.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Quick Google search & came across SSM.
Not even 20 mins between me sending my first email to receiving a response, in this day and age, that’s a rapid turnaround!

I think it was all done so quickly & effectively, received communication and kept up to date with everything, they came out when they said they would and all completed with so much ease!

Would not hesitate to use them again in the future and will also be recommending them to family & friends!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Saf attended this afternoon within 45 mins of me making contact. Saf was very committed to diagnosing and resolving my car electrical problems. Superb customer service. Saf unlocked my car, started it, checked state of battery and electric system, fixed my sticking drivers window, and recommended purchase of a new battery. Comprehensive, friendly, efficient and fully effective service, at a great price. Saf and SSM are highly recommended.
